To ensure you are 100% in love with your design before it’s made, we offer a complimentary digital proof and unlimited revisions for every order. We will only begin crafting your piece after you have given your final approval on the artwork. This collaborative process is our commitment to you that your wearable art will be everything you dreamed of.
Returns and Refunds on Custom Products
Because each product is a unique item made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for custom-made pieces once the artwork has been approved and the item has been produced.
This includes issues related to the choice of size or color made at the time of purchase. We kindly ask that you consult the size guides on each product page carefully before placing your order.
Damages, Defects, and Order Issues
We stand behind the quality of our work. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 14 days of delivery if you believe the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item.
To report an issue, please follow these steps:

- Include your order number in the subject line.
- In the body of the email, please provide a clear description of the issue and attach a photo showing the problem (e.g., the damage to the garment, a defect in the embroidery, or the incorrect item received).
Our team will review your request and get back to you within 48 business hours. If the issue is determined to be a result of a manufacturing error on our part, we will work with you to find a solution, which may include a replacement or a refund.
